A controversial timepiece released at this past 2009 Baselworld Watch Fair, the Bell & Ross BR-01 Airborne is a fabulous watch that is sure to become a popular collectors piece. The skull symbol was taken from a talisman used by the men of the US Airborne whose motto is the very grim “Death from Above”. According to the Bell & Ross website “the watch is a glowing tribute to the young servicemen who parachute into the front lines in the most dangerous of conditions”.

Created as a limited edition of 500 pieces, the watch features an oversize 46mm dial, a carbon powder coated blasted steel case, and an impressive ETA2892 movement. The timepiece is water resistant to 100 meters with a power reserve of over 40 hours. MSRP approximately $5000.00
