Hats off to Greg Morago, Food Editor at the Houston Chronicle, for peeling back the curtain on the latest Hamilton food obsession. Chef Michael Pellegrino, of the Houston branch of Max’s Wine Dive, made this mouth watering video showing step by step how to make their incredible fried egg sandwich. Sound weird?
