After the shambles of last weeks MTV Video Music Awards, there was one elegant lady who really overshadowed the proceedings in real Texan style.  Houston’s Beyonce Knowles, exhibited true class, and showed the world all about good Texan manners.  Born and raised here, this singer, songwriter, record producer, dancer, choreographer, video director, actress, and model, is one top notch talent.  She’s one young woman that Houstonian’s can be very proud of, and she’s not that hard to look at either…
