There’s a new burger joint here in Houston that has arrived onto the scene with a lot of restaurant pedigree.  Similar in style to New York’s famous ‘Shake Shack’ and California’s ‘Taylors Automatic Refresher’ arrives Houstons own ‘Little Bigs’.  Opened by the guys that run the acclaimed seafood restaurant ‘Reef’, the Jean-George Vongerichten trained Bryan Caswell tries his hand at the upscale burger trend that is sweeping the nation.  Caswell, chosen by Saveur, Bon Appetit, and Food & Wine Magazines, as a top new chef in the country, has created a not-so-fast food  place definitely worth a drive by.  Crafting their own blend of beef for their sliders, hand cut french fries, and boozy shakes, ‘Little Bigs’ has definitely raised the burger bar here in Texas.
