We here at Hamilton have been quite nostalgic lately for the Houston Astros uniforms from the mid seventies through eighties. The uniforms featured the cascading rainbow stripes that were to represent the tail of the blue comet shown on the front of the jersey.
The red uniforms of today are o.k. but maybe bringing back a version of this orange uniform could give the team just the jolt it needs.

love and miss the Rainbows. Astrodome was a terrible place for baseball but still miss the rainbow colored seats. I can still name the entire ’86 lineup. Also, really miss the Oilers uniforms. Titans will be wearing them this season and that just kills me.
